– Voter ID
– Electricity Bill ( Not more than 1 months old )
– Telephone bill ( Not more than 1 months old )
– Leave and license agreement notarise
1 Cancelled Cheque with a/c holder’s name printed on it (if name is not printed then latest original bank a/c statement OR a/c statement photocopy with bank seal & signature)
With reference to SEBI circular, One document out of below mentioned is mandatory to open a trading account in Derivatives Segment (F&O). List of Documents: Any one document required.
– Copy of income tax return acknowledgement
– Copy of Annual Accounts
– Copy of Form 16 in case of salary income
– Net worth certificate
– Salary Slip
– Bank account statement for last 6 months
– Copy of demat account
